Hi, I'm Travis.
I started PAID to close the gap between what AI promises and what it actually does for a business. Most owners I talk to don't need more AI news. They need someone to tell them plainly what's worth it, what isn't, and how to set it up.
I have degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, so I look at every recommendation the way you would: what does it cost, what does it save, and how long until it pays for itself. I also run my own business on the tools I recommend. Everything on this site was built and is operated by me and my AI team.

Do I need an IT person or technical staff?
No. Most of what we set up runs inside tools you already use, like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. If you do have IT staff or an outside IT partner, we work alongside them.
Is my customer data safe?
We start by sorting out what can and can't go into an AI tool, and we set tools up with business-grade privacy settings. If something shouldn't be shared with AI, we'll tell you plainly.
What does it cost?
The readiness audit is free. Strategy and roadmap work starts at $1,500 (half to start, half on delivery), implementation at $5,000, team training at $750, and ongoing support at $500 a month. Every engagement is scoped and priced in writing before work starts.

Yes, and that's one of the most common places we start. Getting real value from tools you already pay for is usually the fastest win.
Do you only work with Minnesota businesses?
No. We're based in Minnesota and work with small businesses anywhere in the US by video. Minnesota clients can also meet in person.
